If you want to play in full screen mode, you will have to open in windowed mode after changing the registry as detailed above, then open full screen mode, play, then change back to windowed mode before exiting. To reiterate: This IS NOT a PopCap problem. Here is a work-around until Steam decides that paying customers are imporant. Most PopCap games broke after the update yesterday.
